A General Meeting was held at Homer School on Monday 7 December which discussed the future of the Association in relation to Independent candidates.  Additionally members were briefed on the Association’s finances, the 3rd runway at Heathrow and Local and Neighbourhood Planning.

INDEPENDENT CANDIDATES.   The membership tasked the Executive with producing alternative structures with pros and cons to be considered at the AGM.

FINANCES.  As they had been asked to consider an increase in annual membership fees (currently £3.00) those members present requested that the Statement of Accounts was circulated to members in advance of the AGM to allow time for consideration

LOCAL AND NEIGHBOURHOOD PLANS.   The Association plans to hold a General Meeting during the consultative period, probably in the Spring.
