Potholes

There are a lot of problems with our roads and pavements so if you feel a pothole or other defect, including tree root problems, presents a danger please report it to the council online or by phone.

Generally potholes in the road are considered in need of repair when they are 40mm deep.  Holes in pavements should be 20mm deep for a response and trips like tree roots also 20mm.

When reporting any problems it is worth making a note of the numbers they give you to help with any follow up problems.
